§ 27-20-15 Itemized bills for servicesrendered. – Upon completion of medical services under the provisions of this chapter, eachprovider of those services shall upon request provide a copy of an itemizedbill to each patient; provided, that nothing contained in this section shallapply to any hospital operated by the state of Rhode Island, its departments,or agencies.
