§ 27-25-12 Institutions. – A society may create, maintain and operate, or may establish organizations tooperate, not for profit institutions to further the purposes permitted by§ 27-25-5(a)(2)(i). Those institutions may furnish services free or at areasonable charge. Any real or personal property owned, held, or leased by thesociety for this purpose shall be reported in every annual statement.
