§ 27-34-13 - Examination of the fund.

SECTION 27-34-13

   § 27-34-13  Examination of the fund. –The fund shall be subject to examination and regulation by the commissioner.The board of directors shall submit to the commissioner, not later than March30 of each year, a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a formapproved by the commissioner.
