§ 27-4.7-12 - Immunity.

SECTION 27-4.7-12

   § 27-4.7-12  Immunity. – There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action shall ariseagainst, the commissioner or the insurance department or its employees oragents for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers andduties under this chapter.
