SECTION 28-10-4

   § 28-10-4  Relief denied to complainants indefault. – No relief shall be granted to any complainant who has failed to comply with anyobligation imposed by law which is involved in the labor dispute in question,and who has failed to make every reasonable effort to settle the dispute eitherby negotiation and with the aid of any available governmental machinery ofmediation or voluntary arbitration when imposed by contract or by law.
