§ 28-2-2 - Possession of property or income not defense.

SECTION 28-2-2

   § 28-2-2  Possession of property or incomenot defense. – In no case shall the possession by the accused of money, property, or incomesufficient to support himself and those regularly dependent upon him be adefense to any prosecution under this chapter.
