§ 28-35-23 - Ex parte testimony.

SECTION 28-35-23

   § 28-35-23  Ex parte testimony. – All ex parte testimony taken by the workers' compensation court shall bereduced to writing and either party shall have opportunity to rebut it at anyhearing where introduced.
