§ 28-40-13 - Representation of director in civil actions.

SECTION 28-40-13

   § 28-40-13  Representation of director incivil actions. – In any civil action brought to enforce chapters 39 – 41 of this title, thedirector may be represented by any qualified attorney whom the director hasdesignated and employed for this purpose or, at the director's request, by theattorney general.
