SECTION 28-42-6

   § 28-42-6  Service by residents performedentirely outside state. – Services not covered under § 28-42-4 and performed entirely out of thisstate, with respect to no part of which contributions are required and paidunder an unemployment compensation law of any other state or of the federalgovernment, shall be deemed to be employment subject to chapters 42 – 44of this title if the individual performing those services is a resident of thisstate and the director approves the election of the employing unit for whomthose services are performed, that the entire service of that individual shallbe deemed to be employment subject to those chapters.
