§ 28-42-60 - Cooperation with foreign governments.

SECTION 28-42-60

   § 28-42-60  Cooperation with foreigngovernments. – To the extent permissible under the laws and the constitution of the UnitedStates, the director is authorized to enter into or cooperate in arrangementswith the appropriate and duly authorized agencies of foreign governmentswhereby facilities and services provided under the employment security law ofany foreign government may be utilized for the taking of claims and the paymentof benefits under the employment security law of this state or under a similarlaw of that government.
