§ 28-7-43 Appropriations anddisbursements. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sum that it may deemnecessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The controller isauthorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurerfor the payment of the sum, or so much of it as may be required from time totime, upon the receipt by him or her of proper vouchers approved by thedirector of labor and training and the chairperson of the state labor relationsboard.
