§ 28-9.4-14 - Fees and expenses of arbitration.

SECTION 28-9.4-14

   § 28-9.4-14  Fees and expenses ofarbitration. – Fees and necessary expenses of arbitration shall be borne equally by thenegotiating or bargaining agent and the municipal employer.
