§ 28-9.7-17 - Affirmative action provisions.

SECTION 28-9.7-17

   § 28-9.7-17  Affirmative action provisions.– The state authorities, as defined herein, shall include proposals foraffirmative action provisions as a subject for all collective bargainingnegotiations. The proposals shall include, at a minimum, but not limited to,the following personnel actions, recruitment, new hires, promotions, transfers,terminations, training and education, layoffs and return from layoff.
