§ 3-1-4 Sales on execution exempt fromtitle. – Nothing in this title and chapter shall be construed as prohibiting sheriffs,deputy sheriffs, constables and town sergeants from selling beverages, asdefined in this title, under and by virtue of executions duly levied.
