§ 3-12-9 Forfeiture of goods held forunlawful sale. – All beverages and the vessels containing them, seized under this title, keptfor sale in violation of law, are forfeited to the state, and the officermaking the seizure or an officer designated by the court for that purpose,shall forthwith proceed to prosecute for the forfeiture in the manner providedby law.
