§ 30-10-10 Appropriations for maintenanceof armories. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate such a sum as it may deemnecessary and sufficient to provide for the repair, care, maintenance, upkeep,and janitorial service of the various armories owned, rented, leased, andcontrolled by the state, occupied and used by the national guard, and under thecontrol of the adjutant general.
