§ 30-13-22 - Record of proceedings if dishonorable discharge, bad conduct discharge, or dismissal adjudged.

SECTION 30-13-22

   § 30-13-22  Record of proceedings ifdishonorable discharge, bad conduct discharge, or dismissal adjudged. –A dishonorable discharge, bad conduct discharge, or dismissal may not beadjudged by any court-martial unless a complete record of the proceedings andtestimony before the court has been made.
