§ 30-13-76 - Persons to be tried or punished.

SECTION 30-13-76

   § 30-13-76  Persons to be tried orpunished. – No person may be tried or punished for any offense provided for in §§30-13-77 – 30-13-120, unless it was committed while that person was in aduty status.
