§ 30-4-5 - Naval militia battalion.

SECTION 30-4-5

   § 30-4-5  Naval militia battalion. –All provisions of this chapter, insofar as they relate to independent charteredmilitary organizations, shall apply to the naval militia battalion manning thesloop U.S.S. Providence in the same manner as they apply to the independentchartered military organizations mentioned in this chapter.
