§ 31-10.3-25 - Existing commercial drivers.

SECTION 31-10.3-25

   § 31-10.3-25  Existing commercial drivers.– The department shall be permitted to promulgate rules and regulationspertaining to requirements authorizing the division of motor vehicles to issuenewly established commercial license classification(s), endorsement(s), orrestriction(s) to current licensees. The rules and regulations shall complywith the federal regulations or standards relative to existing commercialdrivers.
