§ 31-10-23 - Examiners not liable for acts of persons being examined.

SECTION 31-10-23

   § 31-10-23  Examiners not liable for actsof persons being examined. – The investigators or examiners in the employ of the division of motor vehiclesshall not be liable for the acts of any person who is being examined by theinvestigators or examiners.
