§ 31-22-2 - Restrictions on backing.

SECTION 31-22-2

   § 31-22-2  Restrictions on backing. –The driver of a vehicle shall not back the vehicle unless the movement can bemade with reasonable safety and without interfering with other traffic.Violations of this section are subject to fines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
