§ 31-23-17 Windshield wipers. – (a) The windshield on every motor vehicle shall be equipped with a device forcleaning rain, snow, or other moisture from the windshield, which device shallbe so constructed as to be controlled or operated by the driver of the vehicle.
(b) Every windshield wiper upon a motor vehicle shall bemaintained in good working order.
(c) Violations of this section are subject to finesenumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
