§ 31-27-23 Penalties for failure to complywith § 24-8-4.2. – Any employer who intentionally violates or fails to comply with any of theprovisions of § 24-8-4.2 shall be subject to a fine of up to three hundreddollars ($300) for the first offense up to six hundred dollars ($600) for thesecond offense and up to nine hundred dollars ($900) for the third andsubsequent offenses; said cumulative offenses shall be limited to the same jobsite or location and the same highway or bridge or contract.
