§ 31-3.1-17 - Scrapping, dismantling or destroying vehicle.

SECTION 31-3.1-17

   § 31-3.1-17  Scrapping, dismantling ordestroying vehicle. – Any individual, company, or corporation that scraps, dismantles, or destroys avehicle at its final disposition site in this state shall immediately cause thecertificate of title or the salvage certificate of title to be mailed ordelivered to the division of motor vehicles for cancellation.
