§ 31-5-18.2 - Sale of used motor vehicles – Annual reports.

SECTION 31-5-18.2

   § 31-5-18.2  Sale of used motor vehicles– Annual reports. – Every licensed dealer shall file with the department an annual report whichlists:

   (1) The total number of used motor vehicles sold in theprevious year by the dealer; and

   (2) The total number of used motor vehicles sold without awarranty pursuant to chapter 5.4 of this title.

   (3) The licensed dealer shall specify the make, year, andsale price of each used motor vehicle sold without a warranty pursuant tochapter 5.4 of this title.
