§ 31-9-9 - Filing and indexing of theft and embezzlement reports.

SECTION 31-9-9

   § 31-9-9  Filing and indexing of theft andembezzlement reports. – The division of motor vehicles, upon receiving a report of a stolen orembezzled vehicle as previously provided for in this chapter, shall file andappropriately index the report.
