§ 34-15-15 Order to set off share ofparty. – In actions for partition, the court may order the share of any plaintiff or ofany defendant, or of any two (2) or more of the parties plaintiff anddefendant, to be set off to the party or parties, dividing the remainder orleaving it undivided, in its discretion.
