§ 34-18-57 Providence and Warwick AbsenteeLandlord Enforcement Act. – All persons, corporations, organizations, associations or other legal entitiesowning and leasing property in the cities of Providence or Warwick shallregister their names, home addresses, including zip codes, and telephonenumbers with the city clerk in the city where such property is located.
