§ 34-25.1-14 Regulations. – The director of the department of business regulation shall have the authorityto promulgate such regulations as shall be reasonably necessary to carry out§§ 34-25.1-10 through 34-25.1-16. The director of the department ofbusiness regulation shall also have the authority to promulgate regulationspursuant to § 34-25.1-7 with respect to unfair and deceptive tradepractices. The director of the department of elderly affairs shall have theauthority to promulgate such regulations as shall be reasonably necessary tocarry out § 34-25.1-9.
