SECTION 34-36-17

   § 34-36-17  Records of management. –The manager or management committee shall keep detailed, accurate records inchronological order, of the receipts and expenditures affecting the commonareas and facilities, specifying and itemizing the maintenance and repairexpenses of the common areas and facilities and any other expenses incurred.Records and the vouchers authorizing the payments involved shall be availablefor examination by the unit owners at convenient hours of weekdays.
