§ 34-41-5.07 Civil sanctions. – Any person, partnership, or corporation who violates any of the provisions ofthis chapter, or who fails to comply with any of the provisions of thischapter, shall be subject to civil liability by any person or class of personswho have been adversely affected by the failure of the person, partnership orcorporation to comply with the provisions of this chapter and further, anyperson or class of persons adversely affected by failure to comply may claim aright of action for appropriate relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
