§ 35-8.1-27 Applicability of other laws.– This chapter shall be construed to provide a complete additional andalternative method for doing the things authorized hereby and shall be regardedas supplemental and in addition to the powers conferred by other laws. Theissuance of all bonds of the authority under the provisions of this chapterneed not comply with the requirements of any other statute applicable to theissuance of bonds. No proceedings or notice of approval shall be required forthe issuance by the authority of any bonds.
