§ 35-8-15 Custody of securities in generalsinking fund. – Subject to the provisions of § 35-8-8, and to the orders of the sinkingfund commission or the state investment commission, the general treasurer shallhave the custody of all securities in the general sinking fund establishedunder the provisions of this chapter.
