§ 36-14-19 Penalties. – Any person who knowingly and willfully violates the provisions of this chaptershall, in addition to the civil penalties provided herein, be guilty of amisdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000)and/or imprisonment for no longer than one year.
