SECTION 36-4-46

   § 36-4-46  Reports of changes in status ofemployees. – Every appointment, transfer, promotion, dismissal, vacancy, change of salaryrate, leave of absence, absence from duty, and other temporary or permanentchange in status of employees in both the unclassified service and theclassified service shall be reported to the personnel administrator at suchtime, in such form, and together with such supporting or pertinent informationas the personnel rules shall prescribe.
