§ 36-8-3.1 - Immunity of board members.

SECTION 36-8-3.1

   § 36-8-3.1  Immunity of board members.– The members of the retirement board shall be immune from suit in any civilaction for negligence based on any official act or statement performed or madein good faith in the course of their duties as set out in § 36-8-3.
