§ 36-9-1 - Earliest date of commencement of membership.

SECTION 36-9-1

   § 36-9-1  Earliest date of commencement ofmembership. – Membership in the retirement system shall begin not earlier than the first dayof July, 1936, and shall consist of the persons described in §§36-9-2 and 36-9-3.
