§ 37-13-12.1 - Obstruction of enforcement.

SECTION 37-13-12.1

   § 37-13-12.1  Obstruction of enforcement.– Any effort of any employer to obstruct the director and his or her authorizedrepresentatives in the performance of their duties shall be deemed a violationof this chapter and punishable as such.
