§ 37-16-14 - Arbitration under chapter deemed special proceeding – Jurisdiction of superior court.

SECTION 37-16-14

   § 37-16-14  Arbitration under chapterdeemed special proceeding – Jurisdiction of superior court. – Arbitration of a claim, dispute, or matter in question under a contractdescribed in this chapter shall be deemed a special proceeding of which thesuperior court for Providence County shall have jurisdiction.
