§ 37-2-10 - Distribution of procurement activities.

SECTION 37-2-10

   § 37-2-10  Distribution of procurementactivities. – The chief purchasing officer may provide for the distribution of thedepartment's procurement activities and functions among the various divisionswithin the department.
