§ 37-4-3 - Transfers from motor equipment service rotary fund.

SECTION 37-4-3

   § 37-4-3  Transfers from motor equipmentservice rotary fund. – From time to time, as the governor shall direct, there shall be transferred tothe automotive equipment fund such portions of the surplus then remaining inthe motor equipment service rotary fund previously established by executiveorder.
