§ 39-12-31 - Employment of personnel.

SECTION 39-12-31

   § 39-12-31  Employment of personnel. –The administrator is hereby authorized to employ such clerical force andinspectors as shall be necessary to enforce and carry into effect theprovisions of this chapter within his or her appropriation.
