§ 39-15-10 Amendment of proceedings.– Any proceeding in taking any property or estate or rights of property, or inclaiming damages therefor, or other proceeding under the provisions of thischapter, may at any stage of the proceeding, with the leave of the court, beamended upon such terms and conditions as to the court may appear to be justand proper.
