§ 4-11-6 - Notice of intent to breed birds.

SECTION 4-11-6

   § 4-11-6  Notice of intent to breed birds.– Each person intending to breed psittacine birds shall file written notificationof that intent with the local health officer and the state department ofenvironmental management before engaging in that procedure annually eachJanuary first.
