§ 4-16-8 - Use of animal by taker pending reclaim.

SECTION 4-16-8

   § 4-16-8  Use of animal by taker pendingreclaim. – The person who shall take up any estrayed animal may lawfully use the animalduring the time it may be in his or her possession, after he or she has givennotice thereof to the city or town clerk as required in § 4-16-1.
