§ 4-19-15 Access of inspectors toproperty. – Any authorized representative of the director, and the general agent of theRhode Island society for the prevention of cruelty to animals, has the power toenter at reasonable times upon any private or public property for the purposesof inspection and investigating conditions relating to the provisions of thischapter.
