SECTION 4-4-12

   § 4-4-12  Cooperation with federalgovernment in suppression of diseases. – The governor is authorized to accept on behalf of the state the rules andregulations prepared by the secretary of agriculture under and in pursuance of§ 3, 21 U.S.C. § 114, of an act of congress approved May 29, 1884,entitled "An act for the establishment of a bureau of animal industry, toprevent the exportation of diseased cattle, and to provide means for thesuppression and extirpation of pleuropneumonia and other contagious diseasesamong domestic animals", 21 U.S.C. § 113 et seq., and to cooperate withthe authorities of the United States in the provisions of that act.
