§ 4-4-26 - Limitation of prosecutions.

SECTION 4-4-26

   § 4-4-26  Limitation of prosecutions.– All prosecutions for offenses against the provisions of §§ 4-4-17– 4-4-25 shall be commenced within thirty (30) days after the offense hasbeen committed, and not afterwards.
