§ 40-5.2-36 Appropriation of funds. –The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sums as it may deemnecessary for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter; andthe state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or herorders upon the general treasurer for the payment of such sums, or so muchthereof as may from time to time be required upon receipt by him or her of suchvouchers approved by the director of the state department of human services.
